Hello Fibro Friends,
Ryan Tomlinson here with a apology for the lack of posts and social updates for the past month and a half. I know you are used to see know posts every week or so and we have dropped the ball.
WHY?
Well, simply put. A lot of LIFE has happened over the past 2 months. My wife Jessica (whom this site is dedicated for) was in and out of the ER with heart issues and had a heart procedure. We also had a death in the family and our whole family has been getting sick over and over with stomach bugs, strep throat, colds, etc etc.
NEVER FEAR!
We are still hear and about to start rocking with more posts and encouragement!
WHAT’S NEXT?
The Longest, most In Depth Post we have ever had on MFD.
Well in reality it is Jessica’s Senior paper for Graduation at Kennesaw State University. However, this thing is packed full of Awesomeness you are going to love!

I am a Father of 2 wonderful boys and husband to my beautiful wife. My wife was Assessed with fibromyalgia and has been in a lot of pain. I started this blog as place to share my research on fibro diets and treatments. We have decided not to claim this condition and try to beat it naturally.
