Gluten Free Meatloaf
Who Say’s Meatloaf can’t be gluten free? Here is a delicious recipe for Gluten Free meatloaf that your whole family will enjoy.
What you will need
- 1 1/2 lbs grass fed ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- 1 cup of ground Mary’s Gone Crackers
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Cooking Directions
- First you need Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- Then Mix your crackers with salt, pepper, cayenne, thyme in blender until fine.
- Now lets Combine the mixture with egg, onion, garlic and beef in a mixing bowl
- Then Transfer to a loaf pan, pack lightly
- Finally Bake for 1hr.
Create your Glaze
- 1/2 cup organic ketchup
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
